    Extremely dangerous to identify safe fungi from photos. If in doubt - assume they are not safe to eat.

    Dont intend to eat them Hornbeam just curious. They are about six inches high in the middle of the bunch and about 7-8 inches across the bunch. The dark spots in the pic are raised nodes about 1-2 mm if its any help.
    Edit - noticed them yesterday but only remembered to take a pic today.
