Can anyone help me please? I need to move a hellebore in my garden at some point on the next month. It's not in bloom at the moment. Is it safe (ish) to do?

Then, what should I do when I move it. Should I put any feed of any sort into the new hole?

I would think that it would be ok. I give them a couple of handfuls of compost in the planting hole.
