    Caught this hedgehog wandering along the terrace this afternoon. :)

      Some years ago Mrs Tigglewinkle abandoned her baby hedgehogs in our garden and they needed to be taken to the Tigglewinkles Wildlife Hospital:

      Couldn't resist that photo opportunity. Got some more pics somewhere of them coming out of their nest looking for their mother who never returned. Took those pics for my daughter who was at school when we whisked them away to a safe place where they were reared until old enough to be re-homed.

      There seems to be a real shortage of hedgehogs about at the moment.

        I know the people who started Tiggywinkles Hospital. They started it in their home, a semi-detached in Aylesbury, next door to our good friends, and then moved to Haddenden, just minutes up the road from me.

        I have a lot of time for them and what they do ... :love30:

        I love them too,ive not seen any here but in my garden in manchester they were always at my back door,munching biscuits and cat meat..i miss them:cry3:
