@Silver surfer No, I didn't set it. :noidea: It was set by NAFAS (National Association of Flower Arranging) so I would assume they are plants from this country. :)

@noisette47 I'm not sure but it can't be soon if it's a competition. :noidea: I'll have to see whether Mrs Shiney can find out.

@Silver surfer Apparently not. :) They say 'you can get the answers any way you wish' :dbgrtmb:

I think they just want to get people looking at plants and becoming interested. I reckon people will be posting them all over their social media.

      Bingo...!
      3. Aeschynanthus Mona Lisa.

I thought the red was a berry. WRONG!
It is infact a very tiny red bud emerging from the deep purple calyx.

If not this exact plant then something in same sp.

Coincidence...today we were at a well known garden centre.
I like to look at the plants to see what is new...learn about plants I have not come across. Also to take pics to add to my photo library.
There in the indoor plant section was no 3!

      :yay: Brilliant.

The only slight difference that I can see is that the one on this thread seems to have a smooth bud whereas the ones in your links are hairy. Do you think that they lose the hairs as they grow?

Number 2 might be Cushion spurge (Euphorbia polychroma)?
