This looks a bit like Hemp Nettle but is starting to flower now?

It has only come up in the last week or so and is already 6" high. Upright growth and doesn't sting. The stem doesn't seem to be square but does have an occassional ridge. It's growing in a shady situation in one of our wilder areas and we dig it up each year - obviously not very successfully :snork:. It's just come up covering an area of about 6ft x 10ft. We don't mind it too much as long as we can keep it under control.

This one has been puzzling me all day, if you'd taken a pic in situ I would have said Dogs Mercury straight away. It confused me lying on its side:doh::snork:

Sorry about that, ziggy. Unfortunately, it's all on its side now - in the recycling bin :snork:

They were very erect, about 6" and a single stalk with the leaves in the photo just at the top. (this is a serious topic, so no comments :heehee:)

More are bound to pop up and I'll take a picture then.
