      Nice one Harry,good reading:dbgrtmb:...It was interesting to read the 'storage' bit.Without realising I actually did it right,thought I was winging it.After harvesting my Kelsaes I hung them in the greenhouse but forgot about them:doh:they were nicely dried out and what hadn't already been eaten I put them in the salad draw of the fridge and forgot about them agaiiiiin:doh:...I didn't want to waste them so just the other day I cut them up and froze them.I'm surprised how well they've lasted so I must have done something right unbeknown to me:blue thumb:
