    Good evening folks,

Please can anyone tell me why my PHM is loosing it's leaves, there's no sign of black spot (as yet) but the leaves are disappearing just leaving the stalks...it's fed and mulched as always but can grasp what the reason may be...

Good morning @Lolimac my friend are they turning yellow before they drop off and fall to the ground

I am not saying this is the reason but its a possibility;)

Summer leaf drop on roses is perfectly normal. They also shed leaves because plants can actually lose water through them when it is a little warmer than usual, so what’s the best way for them to preserve the water they have? Loose some leaves! Just nature doing what nature does best.

Thank you very much Woo:thumbsup: yes the leaves have gone very pale and it looks to be getting sparser everyday,I can't see any nasties on it and it's only my PHM that is affected. There's lots of buds on the Rose but it looks like it doesn't have enough strength to bloom:scratch:
