      Woo, I heard about that case. He wasn't following the rules/Law. They have to be killed humanely and without cruelty (not going into whether an instant death is cruel or not!).

      He didn't comply with the law. I wouldn't dream of trapping it first. The gun he used appears to be a BSA Meteor and is easily capable of despatching the squirrel with a single shot from 60ft. To do what he did from close up was totally incompetent and cruel.

      Well i did have 2 squirrels, 2 were squirrel pie and now we have 5 squirrels running around, i'm sure someone is bring me more :paladin:
