Can I sow them now into seed trays and perhaps overwinter the plants in the greenhouse?
I have this packet of poppy seeds and I just cannot wait until next Spring. :dancy:

Well, Lauren's Grape is an hardy annual and is best sown in the position they're going to grow in. They dislike root disturbance so I wouldn't sow them in a tray as moving them could set them back severely.:dunno::snork:

No, you can grown perennial Poppies from seed although they might take a year or two to flower.:snork:

Sorry Armandii, I grow all my annual poppies in cell trays with no problems planting out. I sow them early spring. :)

Aaah, that's a different story, Sheal, growing them as plugs is a far better idea than sowing them in a seed tray.:snork:

Hold on, Val...........why not grow them as Sheal is. Sowing them as plugs could cure that impatience of yours!!:heehee:
