Berry rubs his nose on the carpet and started to have a lump form on his nose. We stopped him from doing by saying stop it and he did, now the lump has gone down and he stopped doing it.
Perhaps it's the same for Rocco.
When they lick for a long time they make things worse, if you can stop him from licking his willy it might get better on it's own or get a bit better.

Thank you for your reply. With rocco when he is about playing in the garden he will put his face to the ground and rub / push along with his bottom up and he ends up with folical infection around his whisker area he has done this since we got him if he done it before we don't know. Vets said it's behaviour but when he does it he acts like a clown.
He will be a clown indoors as well especially when he wants to play he can be so funny at times. And I am glad he came home with us.

With regards to his willy issue he is not licking he is pawing at his willy so we looked on internet and said possibility of uti or basically playing with it.. We took advice with vets there seems to be difference of opinion between 2 vets all though both have seen him before he is on meds for itch and pain killer so hopefully it will help him we just found it unusual him touching his willy as not happened before

Ours do lick their willy but not offen, never seen them paw at it.
He's probably got into the habit of what you said about his face, you could stop it but it will take time.
Dogs are strange animals, they get into habits and it's hard to break.
        Hope everything goes well.

We took to the vets and confirmed no infection found but rocco still rubs his willy only been doing it for about 4 months. Not sure if he is horney?
He does seem to mount both sexys of dogs no matter what breed. We did take advice about having his bits done but they said it would make him aggressive

That's good that he hasn't got an infection. Mounting other dogs of both sexes is a dominant behaviour not a sexual one. We haven't had our 2 done and they only do it to each other when they're playing. I'd get a second opinion before you decide but I don't think that he'll become aggressive to other dogs if he isn't already.
When he mounts other dogs what do the other dogs do? Does it turn into a fight?

I've been looking up about the types of breeds with the short nose and it said that they can't reach their bottoms and their genitals with their mouths so they resort to other means.
