The singular of flora should be florum.... if it's third declension neuter, like bellum. But it's not - it's first declension feminine, like mensa.... :thud::what:

Of course it is HarryS, should have thought of that. I have changed to 2013 display, much better, thank you. Perhaps not the place to ask but how do I get a signature at the bottom so that I can refer to my flickr album?

That's quite all right - most haven't done so at all, and I'm not that needy.

As long as you all like me.:pcthwack:

Martin-f. I am near M1J33, nearer to where you live.
Jiffy, It was a Massey plough and the picture was taken in the late 80s when the tractor was very new before the front loader was fitted. It had a lot more traction then. To give you some idea of why it is the 755 and not a T20 - when I started doing Ag and Hort C&G courses in early 80s on of the practicals one of the essential practicals was reversing a trailer. Now, I could not see the back of the trailer never mind reverse it so one of girls on the course sat with me saying 'left hand down a bit' and 'STOP'. The lecturer thought it was so funny he gave me a pass. The original plan was to use heavy horses, Ardennes, on the land and I spent a lot of time at Geoff Morton's farm at Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. See: https://www.flickr.com/photos/norwichhouse-oakridge/albums/72157622091856468. Unfortunately we are surrounded by trees so there are a lot of flies and the irritated the horses and made them jumpy.

Love the thought of using horses for ploughing used to go to ploughing matches
As for reversing, is it will fit i will get it in there 45 footers with a dolie no problem
