My brother got me 2 rose bushes for my birthday. One - Champagne moments floribunda (first pic ) is doing great. The other one -Warm wishes , hybrid tea rose , is looking a tad sickly. The third pic shows some discolouration below the pruning cut. Is there anything I can do to rescue this one , or should I just wait and see if it perks up by itself ? :what:

    TIA
