Can anyone help to identify this rose from my grandmother's garden? It is around 25 years old, and I believe it is a hybrid tea, though the name itself is long lost to history for us. As pictures attached show, it has very large high centred blooms with gently curved edges, not the typical pointed petals of many HT roses. The buds open a very vibrant pink and generally open fully and fade to a very pale pink. The flowers are also delicately scented. It has fairly dark green foliage, generally matt, with a slight sheen in sunlight.

Any help with identification would be greatly appreciated, as this is a beautiful rose, and from experience also incredibly robust, having been moved once and almost killed off some years ago with a very strong weedkiller solution, due to a spray bottle mislabelling (though thankfully it miraculously grew back even stronger than before)
