Sage&onion stuffing balls

    Ingredients
    ------------
    1 packet of sage&onion stuffing mix
    1 pint of boiling water
    1 lb sausagemeat
    1 large egg
    4 oz of flour
    Prepare the suffing mix as directed on packet and leave to stand for 5mins.
    Combine sausagemeat into the mix with a fork add the egg and the flour.Put heaped tbsp into a greased bun tray or tartlet tin,cover with greased tin foil and bake at 180c for 30mins ,remove the foil and continue for a further 5mins. Great with any roast and even cold.Hope you enjoy. [​IMG]

    great thanks josephine, I wouldnt normally of thought about putting the egg and flour in the mixture
