2 years ago I planted a Felicite Perpetue climbing rose along with a montana pink perfection clematis in a pot approx. 16" (40cm)diameter and same height. This year they both hardly bloomed??? Should I repot them in a much bigger pot? Many thanks if you can help me? I am in Vancouver, B.C.
