Don't Know @Michael Hewett I eat quite a lot of it so not sure why Tuna should contain mercury anymore than other fish.
So many things you can't or shouldn't eat these days I ignore most of it to be honest.

Did I write “years”? No it was months before we had salmon again. She died in October 2008, 1 year and 9 months after we had moved to England.
I like cooked salmon but avoid that cheap fatty smoked salmon from supermarkets.

I don't know why but apparently it does, and you should not give it to cats with a thyroid problem.
I also just eat what I want ...

Jim says not to give tinned tuna to them either. For all these years I gave all my cats the tuna water maybe once every week or two with no problems.

Here was Munchkin earlier snoozing on the sofa arm ...

I went to my art group this afternoon, 1st time back after Christmas (last week was cancelled due to the wintery weather) and I told them about Dewi. They were all pleased, and glad I'd got another cat :cat-kittyandsmiley: They said they didn't think it would be long before I got one

Our first cat (she wasn’t ours but just moved in) was a poorly girl and when she passed away there was a sad void. We called her Lady Grumpington. Fast forward one week and we were arranging to collect some kittens from a farmer as their barn cats had all had litters within a few weeks of each other! We had two brothers, Charlie and George (Detective Inspector Charlie and Chief Inspector George) and they are 8 years old now. They were born on a horse blanket in a barn and lived in a chicken shed for the first few weeks. I remember the smell of hay on them.

                  They are gorgeous.

My first cat loved olives and their water, got literally crazy. Our second cat loved prawns and catmint. None of them liked tuna.

George likes to lick the olive juice off a dish (if I let him) but I’ve never tried him with a whole olive. They are all different aren’t they. George will avidly take a morsel from my fingers but Charlie prefer to have it off the floor. I don’t let them have human food much but they do like chicken.

On these cold evenings, Munchkin likes to pretend she is a log ...

Dewi on his 'thing' with different levels ... I took the photo while pretending to do something else, otherwise he'd have jumped down !
(You'll have to excuse my drawing pads on the chair, I don't believe in being too tidy)

Oh, what a handsome boy Dewi is and just look at that tail. He looks so comfortable and "ar home" ... and I bet he is loving every moment with you.

I would not have even noticed anything other than the boy. Did you notice the electronic lighter glass cleaner and whatever in the basket with Munchkin?

Thank you, They are not pulled properly and should look fuller, but I just closed one quietly not to frighten Dewi ... otherwise the flash would have shone in the window
