There's several of these threads going but I don't want to interrupt the one Webmaster is speaking in.

My clever t'other half has set up our Skype on both our computers but it's dodgy on mine for some reason so has to go through his ... but that's okay as I don't have any secretive callers! [IMG]

He has got it where we can use Skype through our wireless telephones rather than all the other options. So, if someone rings, we pick up a normal telephone and wander inside / outside talking.

Better still, today he got the two wireless phones, the main Skype one and the other to intercom with each other and we sat up on deck tonight, each with a phone, ringing and speaking to each other like on intercoms. Great!

I used to hate technology ... guess I didn't have time because I was too busy working! [IMG]

I use Skype quite a bit but mainly text, have to fiddle about plugging in the headset if I want to talk, have had the web cam working with it too.
Much cheaper than phone calls as long as both are on the net.
You can have, I think, up to 5 people talking together, maybe more now, 5 was a year ago when I last tried it.
