Talk about won't be able see the wood for the trees..

We'd ordered four fruit trees plus "care kit" from Ideal World. Each tree would have its roots in a poly bag full of compost, four large tubs and a pair of pruners and I think some fertilizer.
What arrived today, were the four trees all bare-rooted in a poly bag, (this was a much cheaper separate offer) and the tubs.
A reasoned telephoned complaint resulted in an apology, the promise of sending the correct order and the suggestion we keep the other trees and pots. This might present some logistical problems...or Christmas presents...
