Any ideas what tree this is in my new front garden? It's nearly dropped now so this is a summer pic and no closeup. Leaves are trifoliate with no serrations.

A pic from right now might help, bark, last few leaves, dormant buds etc.

Even a leaf of the ground may help. As long as it is typical of the rest of the tree.

Any seed pods, fruits, berries to aid id?

Thanks, native trees aren't my strong(y):D point, I know the pic wasn't very clear, we have been going back and forth decorating untill now, problem is that we are moving in this Friday and may loose our internet connection untill sometime next week. I will take some pics in the meantime of the tree, bark and leaves if there are any left.:)
