Tree Leaves

    I planted 8 trees all of the same species (bird cherry - Prunus padus) and they've all now grown leaves. 7 of them though have green leaves and the odd one out is growing leaves of a darker green with almost a red tint to them. Is it normal for trees to occasionally produce different colour leaves or can I expect this to be a completely different tree altogether?
