    Hi,
Have been puzzled by this tree for a number of years now and just yesterday got a photo of it showing some leaf and flowers. Please ignore the flowering currant to the right in the picture. Suspect it may be an apricot or nectarine or cherry of some sort but the flowers usually don't stay around long and not got any fruit so far in spite of nearby cherry and plum trees that might help with polination. Any suggestions for what it might be apprecited.

    Happy gardening!

Looks like Hibiscus to me. It's not a nectarine, my nectarine's blossom is tiny.

If you look at peach blossom on Google it's a pretty good match.

I'd go for peach as well, my Apricot has white flowers.

My Peach below. Only difference seems to be you have leaves at the same time, mine only leaf up after the blossom has finished.
