    Bought a new telly recently.

Got it all set up and put it on auto tune to find the different stations.

Problem I have is it finds all the stations apart from BBC 1 and BBC 2.

Picture is great on all the digital channels, so I'm assuming its not an aerial problem.

Any bright sparks out there that might know as to why this is?

    Thanks in advance.

I might be able to help.
I have the most amazing tv/vid set up in my house imaginable.
Recently the tv in the conservatory "freeview" had the same problem as you.
All channels all the time, but only BBc 1 and 2 some of the time.
All the other TVs in the house all ok,
House system is fed from an arieal multiamp.
Proved to be the signal strength was just below the desired threashold.
Im sure you know with digital the reception is either OK or not OK there is no inbetween as with analog.
Solution to my problem afer a signal test at the house entry point and another at the ariel proved to be the down rf cable was 33 years old and getting a bit knackered.
A new rf cable was installed... sorted.
Dont know what your setup is, if you have a recorder of some sort.
But try connecting TV rf direct to wall oulet and try another auto tune for starters.
    Hope that lot helps.

Thanks Robert, I see what your saying, I'll unravel all the wiring and give it a try.
