Two indoor/office plants - need ID please

    Just got these from my work, they are replacing all their office plants. I've no idea what they are but I quite liked the containers. Now I've got them home I quite like the plants too.
    They are a very tough indoor plant, they were in a very busy walk way at work with people brushing past them all the time, and I don't think they have been regularly watered. They both look very similar at first glance, but the leaf shape is slightly different and one has the stripy stems:

    My guess would be Dracaena

        Dracaena deremensis , also knowed as corn plant , but even more popular like lucky bamboo ......when they are young can grow in water (lucky bamboo) really hard plant eccept for cold , it will dye at 1/0c will not tolerete any cold .

          The stripy stem part looks as though they are leaf nodes where the leaves have come off.
