    the resize limit was being blocked due to the filesize, now any images within a a fair ratio (under 4mb and sensible resolution) will upload and resize correctly.

            tried to upload a pic to the cloud thread using my cannon, and did not take.

            So, here it is folks, I am not re-sizing my camera. I used the same camera at another Forum.
            @Zigs knows the other one I am on. And at first my cannon also did not work. I made ONE, and ONLY ONE mention of it not working, then the tech guy went in and did something. Then came back and said try it again, I did, and it WORKED. If they can do it, it can be done here. So perhaps that TECH guy needs to talk with your TECH guy to see what he did.

                      I don't have any problems from my PC but Redstar is uploading straight from her camera, so there may be something not quite right, but i've not done it that way

                        Actually, Jiffy, I think you've hit the nail on the head:blue thumb::snorky:, as possibly the camera software is not up to downloading onto the Forum. Not all software paths will be suitable to negotiating with browsers etc.:wallbanging:

                          We tried a number of different parameter changes to try and get round issues being experienced by some - in short, some settings solved problems for some people, but also caused problems for many more as a result; basically, we ended up with settings that work for the majority with the least number of people possible inconvenienced. What is different with the other forum, I have no idea, but we will certainly have a chat about it in the GC office to see if there is anything more that can be done.
