I have used Virgin broadband since it was Telewest. For the last few years I have used the free Virgin media Security program. Now I keep getting this error..........
"virgin media security encountered an error and must be restarted"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software , but still get the problem !
I have run Malwarebytes , Spybot and Ad-Aware.
On a Virgin forum there is a possible fix if you run the "virgin diagnostic utility/tool"
I cant find this or locate a download site for it :wallbang:
    Has anyone any ideas ?

    TIA

Thansk Watergarden , I did find that FYXM site but it leads you to some diagnostic utility not Virgins.
I have found the Virgin Diagnostic tool
    START button
    ALL PROGRAMS
    VIRGIN MEDIA SECURITY.............DIAGNOSTIC TOOL

Used it - still getting fault :dunno:

    Have you tried calling Virgin?

I know its not the kind of thing you do without a day or two to spare but they might give you a bit of info.
Likely to cost an arm and a leg, probably.

I'm on Virgin also but never bothered with any of their download stuff as I find the whole set up a bit clunky and difficult to use, E mail is awful.

Seems like running the diagnostic tool a couple of times has fixed it. So I don't need to waste a full day trying to call the help desk !
