Sorry, couldn't even be bothered to click the link. I can see it goes to the Daily Diana's website, the same media company that predicts the Arctic Blast of Death or the Siberian Gale of Annihilation every year at about this time of year

Bilbo its the Daily Express ! The paper with zero credibility , they predict a hard winter every year. You would be better off using Redstars caterpillars for a long term prediction , and just use the Express for the Diana articles

 

Quite a few online long range weather forecasters are saying the opposite in that it will be a mild winter due to northern blocking.

 

Oh dear, they're at it again (do they ever stop?) Whatever next, Tsunamis, Super Volcanoes, plagues of locusts?
