I think a kit car = loosely based on the old E-type jag.

I haven't got one, ag ... it's all in my mind. :D Did you read where I named my "new" car Isabel and the woman I bought it from was speechless as it's one of her daughter's names?

An old E-type ... yes. My Dad drove a Jag and I was to have an E-type for my 40th birthday ... chose an apartment in Portugal instead ... and here I am ... no regrets! [IMG]

It's also loosely based on an old Cobra.

I personally think they have tried to make it look like a Jaguar ...... But not an E type.

    I think the racing D type :-

Or K type Jag? Looks to me like whoever built it had plenty of Mecano and Lego (wheels) to dispose of. :D

I must say, the kit car at the top of the page, doesn't exactly 'float my boat' , the interior doesn't look finished brilliantly, and I am not a huge fan of Kit cars anyway.
The ONLY exception to this is the Ultima GTR, but that is available in both Kit form or production www.ultimasports.co.uk

If I had one, it would have to be Black :-

M F the Atom has No doors, no screen, no roof hang on a minute you have just descibed my bike ther's plenty of these around, non polluting and cheap to run and if you have ever gone down a hill at over 60mph on a few square cms of tyre much more thrilling. :D
