Good afternoon everyone. A brand new member and gardener here.

We have recently moved I to a new house and are quickly trying to learn about gardening and maintenance. So we can keep everything looking nice and healthy.

The plant shown in the image seems overgrown and needs a trim but as we have no idea what it is we can't Google it and read up on how and when to cut back!

Any ideas on what this is and if its okay to just cut back or tie back?

    Thanks,
    The Anderson family.

    Welcome to Gardeners Corner:sign0016:

Looks like you've got a nice Grape Vine there.

I just did a double check to make sure its not a Hop vine, the leaves are similar, pretty sure its a grape.

Have a rummage to see if its hiding the odd bunch or two.

    Can't see anything in there.

You've given me a great starting point though. Thanks a 'bunch'!

:snork: A lot of things didn't set fruit this year due to the appaling weather, if it gets better next year there is no reason it shouldn't though.
