    Allegedly, we could well be entering the era of the fungus, and I have to admit that it looks very interesting - article here; its also worth watching the video in that article, as it gives an overview of what is already being done.

      I already have a bucket of leaves mixed with yeast that I prepared on saturday. Just waiting to see how long it takes now :)

        Anything has to be better than the polystyrene packaging we use now.
        But I suppose it all comes down to cost.
        Could be expensive if they use porcini or shiitake :blue thumb:

          The potential fuel angle is interesting too - similar properties to diesel, may well be at least one of a number of new future fuels.
