Why do press do this?

Baby deaths arrest woman is nurse

So, the nurse under investigation has been named and her home address made know to the general public.

Am I the only one that thinks that releasing this information is a little bit risky?

You never know how the parents will react - some might jump to conclusions and decide to take matters into their own hands.
