I notice my crocus bulbs are out. Only two weeks ahead of last year though.

I will have to take a pic of my purple one. On the way to school I noticed one front garden has a full border of lavender/yellow purple ones.

I miss all these Spring bulbs. Although I have things planted and the leaves are up, they never flower ... I had one mini Daff last year, no mini Irises or mini Tulips. :(

I remember the winter of 1963, my last year in school and we had to tromp through near-on knee deep snow (well it was for me, probably only up to Sis's ankles :D ) to get to the school, unfortunately only a few blocks away ... if you could get there, you had to as it didn't close ... ah, those were the days. Just looked on the garden and we have snowdrops, daffodils, aubretia and some other little white
flowers. Plus we saw catkins in a hedge today and the blackbirds are chasing each other round the garden

    Spring has sprung?
