Completely random Q - does anyone use a wireless weather station? If so, please can you advise on the best place for me to place my outdoor sensor?

    The instructions say:
out of direct sunlight & away from moisture
    facing the main unit
in clear view of the sky

How can it be out of direct sunlight/moisture (rain?!) and in clear view of the sky? :dunno:

Not in full sunlight, I have mine on my north facing wall, away from moisture, not in anywhere that water flows, ie guttering.
