Well folks,Ben has almost compleated his two year course, and I'm glad to say he has been offered a position on a very well known Esatate. I am not at liberty to divulge publicly which one but trust me...it's a cracker:thumb:

I've enjoyed the tour around this morning, Paladin, but can't decide which areas I liked best as they were all so lovely.

I saw the Strelitzia nicolai in bloom in Florida recently and got some photos, very impressive plants.

I love the stone formations, both with the cactus and the rockery with the Broadsway stones. I could do with some of those stones to get our rockery looking decent again.

I love the orchids and that orange spiky one was gorgeous!

The trip inside to see the new plants coming along was a special treat.

Thanks for sharing and introducing us to your nephew. Wish him Good Luck in his future career.

When I was in the G-House at Wisley I picked up a tiny plantlet off the potting table.
It was so small I almost couldn't find it in the tissue I wrapped it in....anyway,here it is now.....

I live near Wisley and it hasn't rained today yet May. Tomorrow is supposed to be nicer so I'm hoping it will stay that way for you.
