Your hard work is very evident in the shiney paving slabs :blue thumb:

As for colour ... if I may be so bold to make a suggestion .... :think2: ... the red walls of your brickwork on the patio area pick out and highlight the red pavers in your crazy paving; so, ... I'm thinking ... ... if you are to change the colour of the masonry ... perhaps something which would pick up the buff colour in the crazy paving? A buff colour would lighten that area, making it appear bigger, plus it would reflect the light enhancing the colour of any plants you may put into pots on the patio. It is a great space and just begging for some pots to give it an inclusive feel to the all the hard work you have put into the main garden.

                  Just my humble opinion

*races to the fore ... * :phew:

Hope I'm not too late?

I'm liking cream over magnolia but you will need to judge from the actual colour of the slabs. Does that help? :dunno:
