I did hesitate but thought possibly if it had munched yellow petals it would poo yellow

Hmm...check that variety elsewhere! I wouldn't trust Parkers as far as I could throw them, and they don't state that it's prostrate? Pointe de Raz is a beautiful deep blue if you can find one.
