Can you still get nimrod T lynne? It used to work miracles on mildew. Helen its a bit early for mildew on cues, usually occurs later on, after a dry spell.

Your best bet is probably to wash them off with the hose - chemical spraying at this time of year will get the good guys as well.Green soap sprayed on can be effective too.

Thanks for the washing-up liquid cure. I've done it, and now my honey-suckle is covered in DEAD aphid ha ha ha ha ha!! I did find a ladybird and put her on but I haven't seen her since.
