I got a magnifying glass and I was out inspecting the leaves on the Brugs with it at 6.00am this morning and there was no signs of anything on them other than what looked to be white fly - looked like tiny white dashes ( - ) which I flicked off. There was no RSM or any eggs but the Brugs still...

I think these high temps are playing havoc with lots of plants and then some love it I,m getting a mixture of results

Just check regularly for first signs of mildew Lucius....usually the stems develop white covering. Then is a good time to cut back...hard so no leaf is left. Spray with fungicide or at least clear away then water then mulch. I cut back healthy violas, scabious, some geraniums, etc., in summer...

Thanks, I do water it with tap water. I also water my other Madagascan dragons, but they don't have the same problem. I only have tap water available.

So far, the neem oil/water solution I used seems to be having success. Lots of dead and immobile.... And perhaps, since there were no neighbours outside when I sprayed, the extra cursing out helped too...I will complete my bug killing shopping list this coming week

If when you applied the fertiliser you saw black patches it’s scorched the lawn, very easy to spot and means you applied too much. Grass goes brown after the nice black look. This happens very quickly. If you added fertiliser say a week ago and this developed that’s your answer.Diseases...

You can but the end user must be trained in accordance with the law. Some places though will not as they have tightened up on the law over the last few years.
