interesting how we are relative to plants we consider ourselves so advanced. just as you would think a plant would have mechanisms to prevent over fertilization you'd think humans would have something that prevents over plumpness.

Same here plus I've got a long standing habit of turning the sound off when the adverts come on which I now do automatically without thinking. I just have to remember not to do it if I'm watching telly with someone else!

Today we had...... For breakfast: toasted hot cross buns, with butter and ginger jam.For dinner: Homemade sausage and baked bean plait with cheesy risotto, carrots from the garden and steamed leeks.For supper: Goats cheese with wholemeal bread and butter. Might have a snack later. Bang...
