If the tires have lots of tread and they are cuting up your lawn you can cut off some of the tread which will make it better

Hope you recover soon Nick. That's a good set up. I've got a similar system from another company, linked to a water butt. I only fill the butt with mains water, rather than catching it off the shed, so there are no grotty bits to clog up the drippers.

I have used axes for cutting the branches of trees but as you mention you can't do it with axes then electrical saws are the best option. You can also use mauls, hammers and Wedges. Above Ground Pools

Well, I can heartily recommend them to anyone needing a new spade or shovel - it seems that the finer attention to detail in their manufacture pays dividends as they are much easier to use giving better leverage whilst slicing through the soil far easier. I have turned over a couple of borders...
