      Good Afternoon fellow WW'ers :spinning:

      Perfect! [IMG]

 Is there any other way to keep them? :dunno:  :heehee:

No, no and NO! :nonofinger: That is just not going to happen with Ozzy (he's 63 kilos!!) Actually, he adores streams/rivers/beaches so that issue won't arise.

I'm happy to report back that *enlarging* the harness straps has worked a treat (:phew: ) and he bounced around the fields and woods with a big grin on his face; very puppy like in fact :doggieshmooze:

Cooler today but such a beautiful morning; definitely one of my favourite times of the year (although I love Autumn too). It is also lovely because you start seeing people out and about again as they emerge from hibernation. Best part is, because the sun is smiling, they tend to be too :snork: so it was all teeth and tonsils this morning :heehee:

      Smiles and vibes xxMxx

        Happy St. Patrick's day everyone!
Sounds like everyone is in good form today which is a very pleasant way to start my day. :)

I have a busy day coming up. It will be above freezing today so I am going to take advantage of the clement weather and partially take apart the 6x8 greenhouse to enable me to add the louvre/vent. If I get this one done today, that will only leave one more greenhouse to disassemble and install another louvre. Once the louvre is in place, and it still not being all that warm, I will make sure it is firmly shut and then turn up the heat. I'll run the heat overnight to make sure there are no glitches causing the heater to cut out before moving plants into it. I have a temperature alarm and I truly hope that, even though it is operating properly, it doesn't wake me tonight. :fingers crossed:

I hope everyone has a lovely and safe day

              Aloha everyone,

@wiseowl I wish you better :blue thumb:

@"M" I'm sure Ozzy is really happy now. :doggieshmooze:

@CanadianLori make sure the alarm doesn't go off as I don't want to be disturbed :snork:

@moyra hope you're feeling better :grphg:

@Zigs Did your mate turn up yesterday?

I'm having bit of trouble with my back (not the usual problem of having done too much bending or lifting) but, I think, I caught a chill in it the other day when I was out walking in the town centre. A biting wind picked up and I wasn't wrapped up warm enough  . The muscle below the right shoulder blade (yes, I still have just a few muscles :heehee:) feels as though it is caught on something. It eases when Mrs Shiney massages it but comes back again but only hurts when I breathe in deeply (or rest on my right elbow). There's no problem bending or lifting. :noidea:

I got the propagator fixed but not as good as it should be, but it's working perfectly. :) Where there were cables exposed on the surface I thought it would be easy enough to just excavate a channel in the sand and gravel and settle it in and cover it again. The first problem was that when excavating a channel it all started caving in from either side. So I had to, carefully scoop out a lot of it and put it in a bucket.

I thought it would then make it easy to lay the cable back where it should be and replace the sand and gravel, but no. :nonofinger: I had forgotten that underneath those cables was another layer of cables  - well I did make the thing over 40 years ago :old: So I had to make sure none of the top cables were sitting on top of the lower ones. got that done and replaced the sand and gravel but thought the cables weren't deep enough to be properly efficient.

So, off to the builders' merchants for some split bags of 10mm shingle for the surface. They no longer sell the split bags (used to be half price) but send them back to their supplier (what a waste at a retail price of £2 per bag!). Two bags later the propagator is looking good and working highly efficiently. So I reckon Sarafi will move back in

Mrs Shiney is out all day at a flower arranging demo and classes somewhere in Cambridgeshire. Unrelated to this trip, she's giving a demo, herself, on Tuesday to the W.I.

So I can get my girls over for a rave up :hapydancsmil:

Mower has gone to hospital - I think it has back trouble :snorky:.

Keep well and have a great day

              Aloha!

                    Good day everyone
@wiseowl My Mum who was from Darlington used to call it "not feeling 100%". I hope you feel better soon.
@shiney I am glad to hear it is a muscle thing. Every time I hear of chest or back muscle aches, it makes me worry that it is some other heart related issue - glad to hear yours reacts to massages

I managed to get the louvres in the two greenhouses yesterday. Still got to get back out there and now re-level and square them up. Also need to swap out a couple of roof panels from twin wall to polycarbonate but that can wait as it is on the greenhouse that will not be heated. I did start up the heater in the 6x8 and it nicely maintained at 50f all night. Hmm, will have to check to see what I should be heating it up to... forgotten that one... So today will be another busy day. I've got to nudge this greenhouse back into square, and start loading it with plants. My indoor area plants will be happy as they are experiencing severe overcrowding.
Have a safe day everyone :)

                      Hi Lori,

50f is around 11 deg in English. I would have thought that was a little high for the corresponding light levels/day length for this time of year. I would have thought somewhere around 45f , 7 deg for now.

F is English (although he wasn't :snork:). We don't want any of that foreign metric stuff here!!! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

My propagator is running at 70F - 75F at the moment. Some that warmth seeps out from it and keeps the chill off the greenhouse. Just put the first three trays of chillies in there (12 pots to a tray). It will be good for propagating the seeds. :blue thumb:
