Found this a bit of a worry

That's 592 folk who just don't know if they've been in an earthquake

 

Actually that happened to me. A few years ago there was a small earthquake some 500 miles from here in Ottawa and I was sitting out having a cuppa. I felt like the ground had shifted but it was so slight that I questioned my sanity. Until later when the news reported that we did , indeed, feel the gound move

So, on that morning I would have been a "I dunno" ....

Too bad it wasn't strong enough to drop the parliament buildings...

 

Been in a few when I lived in Gogledd Cymru, felt like a quarry truck doing a hand break turn outside your house

Made doors and windows rattle too.

 

Over the bridge and keep going up

 

Went to Kefalonia , Greek island in June. Experienced two earth tremors while we were there. Very deep rumbling sound and everything starts to shake a little . Everyone goes quiet and looks at each other . They only last about 5 seconds , very interesting , but you ain't' half glad when they stop !
