@shiney my priorities are so wrong! The chook FB page is taking up far too much of my time! I need more time on here for sure! . I'm pleased to hear the asparagus has peeked up , I will give it a little hand shake when I see it & I guess @"M" will give it a big stroke when she sees it!

@Zigs I hope you've sorted the plot out?? It must be time now? Joking aside I hope you are well?

@Fat Controller just you go stead, we don't want too many Blowy episodes!!

It's been rather windy here today but I did get an hour in the garden, I gave the hens a good clean out & cut back some dead plants, my climbing roses have got a bit out of control so I gave them a good trim. I took my niece out for a couple of hours this afternoon, we had tea & cake & bought a few xmas baubles! She is such a sweetie , she knows exactly what she wants & gets everyone organised! She seems to be able to wrap everyone round her finger! .

Thanks we are both ok , not happy it’s getting dark in the evenings..........and we change the clocks this weekend.
Still there is something nice about closing the curtains and cuddling down with a nice gin and tonic.xx

@roders thank you for the reminder that your clocks go back this weekend. Soooo, everyone - we don't change our clocks until November 5th which means that I will be here an hour earlier than my usual. So please keep that in mind, I did not wet the bed, will be just 4 hours behind instead of 5

We've got cloud skies and Mother nature is expected to turn the heat off tonight. I'm all set to fire up the heater in the 6x8 greenhouse. Still got to figure out how to squash a bunch more pepper plants in that greenhouse because we all know just how cantankerous they get if it goes below 40f..
