Saturday, 7AM here. coffee in hand. Light out now. Sitting in my sun room, view from my windows are the layers of fallen leaves, reminding me of one of my chores today. have a good day all.

 

Good day everyone
Some of the young ones are trying that one on over here too @"M" . It's hogwash and a lame excuse for not showing this small sign of respect for what horrible battles were fought for everyone's freedom. We're turning the corner a bit on that one - and I am helping further it along - asking people where is their poppy?

It is up to -8c out there but the trees are not being pushed about so much. I'm thinking after watching the ceremonies and having my moment of silence (I always cry) it will be a good time to step outside and putter a bit.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a deafening moment of silence.

It was a very sobering thought as i sat there at that time, that it was only by the acts of undeniable bravery of our soldiers and the unselfish acts of their respective families and the many that worked tirelessly behind the scenes- that i was able to enjoy such a simple thing as sitting, drinking, enjoying and to express my freedom of choice to take this breakaway.
So my glass was raised and to paraphrase your kind phrase
"The Sun will never go down on our lost heroes" God bless them all

Morning all. enjoying my cup while watching Fixer Upper. and now the news. Happy Sunday to all.

We have our ceremonies on the 11th of November. No matter what day of the week it is.

I have 1 hour left of my show. During the first two hours I crushed and packaged lots of hot peppers.

It is grey and cold and just plain yuk here so I won't be doing anything much outside.
