Hmm, well thanks for rubbing it in @JWK Stermbergia did not go a a bomb on my climate needing to be baked in summer and not too hellish during dormancy. The baked in summer just might have been achieved this summer but who knows when we will get a summer like this 1 again? Delighted they are doing well for you. Nice to have something newly flowering at this time of the year when most things are dying down. Your garden is still looking great despite the time of year.

 

What's looking good in October....in Antigua!.... some beautiful plants on this holiday resort. The gardeners do a brilliant job. Loved looking at what is growing and want to identify some to see if they (or similar varities) are an option for home...

@JWK, I see you got a few flowers on the Bougie cutting as well.

 

It's the first time we've ever had cut flowers from our own garden. Of course, they need tidying up a bit. The wife will be able to do that later.

First one is Allamanda I believe.
Second dont know
Third plumbago
Fourth could be Delonix regia, or possibly Spathodea, need a closer look.
The white looking palm to the left of the tree is pretty spectacular, think it could be a Bismarckia.

 

The second two pics with pink flowers (above the Hibiscus) look like Pentas, now a popular summer pot plant in GCs.
I agree with @pete with the Bismarckia nobilis.

 

I like the first pic, the red flowers, @Snorky85 , but I dont know what it is.
To me the foliage is something different.

Another couple of lovely plants...

 

I seem to remember growing No1 as a houseplant in the dim and distant past, think its a Cordyline or maybe now, Dracaenae. Nice to see it in flower.
No 2 I dont know
No3 is Plumeria, "frangipani". Should be scented.
