Fab day in store weather wise we are predicted to have full sunshine all day long it's beautiful out there now.

Yes thanks @Flumpy all was surprisingly calm yesterday , dare I say we had an enjoyable day

Have to go out to cut some hair today.

Will also go and see my sister. She is still very much in recovery mode from her op. and now has a blood clot. She was told last week that they will need to do the second one very soon in order for a full recovery from the 1st to happen.

Tea??? Black with no sugar please flumpy.....you should know by now that I'm always willing and able to engage in a nattering session!!

I’m guessing they will give your sister warfarin injections for her clot while she’s recovering, my Aunty had to have them when she broken her foot in six places..... ouch!.

Good morning everyone
It is cloudy and cool (54f) and I really wanted to sleep in but my to do list was nagging me to get up and get going.
Yes, @wiseowl here we are, the first of September and I just turned the page on my calendar to see that many days up until the 19th have appointments marked for me to attend or take others to attend. Almost went back to bed when I saw that!
Oh well, lots to do as I said. I'll start the bread makers to beat up some dough for todays fresh buns and breads then get the potatoes peeled and the eggs boiling. I've got a Midsomer Murder keeping me company throughout these little jobs Then I'll get outside to spread the mulch around the transplants before any rain starts. At least I hope it's going to rain. Free water is always welcome.

Hi @Flumpy , sorry couldn't reply our internet had be on the blink for a fortnight now and is very hit and miss as to whether it works of not, a lot of others in the area are experiencing the same problem too.

Yes no doubt they will inject her with something tomorrow. Hubs use to be on Warfarin but it now on a newer version that doesn't require the frequent blood tests.

I wouldn't say everything is hunky dory with my Dad, just that yesterday was a good day

Did the sun arrive that I wafted your way this morning??

Sorry I didn't get to have some tea.....I bet you had Chocolate Hobnobs as well.
