    On the down side, the weeds are growing like mad. I dig some out at one end of the garden, work down the other end for a couple of hours and then more weeds are up when I walk back. :mad:

                Hi @Logan , your top photo is gorgeous. Although they're in lines they're not regimental. I love the way the white Hyacinth seems to have made a bid for freedom.

                  Thank you KFF, yes the white hyacinth is growing through the pavement, don't know how because it had to get round the concrete that's holding the curb stones together.

                            This Hebe salicifolia (Koromiko) is about 7ft high and has magnificent long white flowers. Cuttings take very easily.
