I must have a go at making my own (or consulting with the boss, Mrs JR!)
I've recently planted 4 raspberry plants, 2 Autumn bliss, and two Tulameen so there will be no excuse providing they produce well.

You were lucky! We were given rotten leather soles of the shoes the cobbler dumped in the bin - and told to suck on them! :old: And that was on a good day.

Luxury! We were made to eat our lunch in a cold hall, and when we got home our dad would send us to bed with no tea then thrash us to sleep with his belt.. And that was if we were lucky!
And if you tell the kids that today, they won't believe you (Python)

Ohhhh we used to DREAM of livin' in a hall! Woulda' been a palace to us. We used to live in an old water tank on a rubbish tip. We got woken up every morning by having a load of rotting fish dumped all over us!

Just about every single plant in my garden, both fruit and veg have been sub par this year. Everything started out so promising then went to hell in a handcart. South coast so a very wet winter (lost all my delphiniums) then a glorious spring then saharan conditions in summer probably did it. If I wasnt so chubby Id disappear through the cracks in the lawn .....well it used to be a lawn before it was straw. Most disappointing considering those of us lucky enough to have a garden have probably spent much more time in it and paid it much more attention this year. I know I have
