    Hello,
Today I have got 2 new plants in pots from Suttons. They are Standard Lagerstroemia Berry Dazzle and Leycesteria Little Lanterns.
I am going to repot them in bigger pots but I am not sure when to do it, now or in spring. I have never been growing these plants, so no idea what is really good for them. Both plants are not supposed to be bigger than 150cm and are suitable to be grown in pots. Any recommendations from those of you who has got an experience with these plants will be appreciated.

I'd leave the lagerstroemia until new roots appear in spring.
I think you might be able to repot the leycesteria but how much you will gain by doing that I'm not sure.

Thank you, Pete. I just wanted to be sure that it would be fine to leave them as they are till spring.

Well I'd rather leave pot plants alone at this time of year rather than repot, especially if left out side over winter.

Thank you, Pete. I will do so but when is the best time for repotting in spring? And what compost should I use? Compost for acid loving plants for Lagerstroemia?

Lagerstroemia grows well in my garden its not acid, so does leycesteria.

Probably go for repotting the leycesteria about early March and hold off on the Lagerstroemia till May, it starts into growth fairly late in my experience.
