I keep telling myself I'm not going to buy any more plants but I couldn't resist this lovely Callicarpa. I've wanted one for years [IMG]

That looks very healthy. Have to say SA roses always do look good, but they are a bit pricey for my pocket.

Following on from above. I have found recently that many roses sent out, have only initial stems, some only one. However looking at your new purchase. Look at all those ne well established branches. Another point I have noted. Care with pruning, seems to be a no go these days. Often so bad, that die-back simply ends the plants life. I don't know what our friend Woo thinks about it.

Sorry but I have no idea asto adding photos. You know me and computers etc. My parcel as mentioned in Couriers. It was from J.Parkers. Sad that some have problems with them. Me, never had a problem and have dealt with them since the 60's.

My parcel contained a selection of Lily bulbs plus a free gift-Azalea japonica.
Lilies.Golden Splendour. Regale. Pink Perfection. African Queen. White Heaven. Triumphanter.

Couldn't resist this yesterday. Local florist window (shut) but lass was working at the back. I knocked on the window and pointed to the Oxalis Iron Cross on display. She picked up the card machine and plant, unlocked the shop door and I paid and took the plant. Simples:

              I love Oxalis...

I'll believe it when I see it. I am waiting for my black ones to bud/flower but they did come up quickly.

Just purchased this bench from one of the charity shops we support .. homeless, volunteer firemen, etc. Home made out of beds. Will collect tomorrow. Asking price 90 Euros, paid 100 Euros ... well, it is coming up to Christmas. T'other Half will collect tomorrow and paint dark green to go on kitchen patio. Pics up as and when.

Dropped on this yesterday, wish I could find some more, it uses space more effectively in the greenhouse i think.
