Good morning all, thanks for your kind wishes for me. I think it went well but now I have to wait for the result. I do so want to continue to drive. It's been murder having the car, taxed and insured and unable to drive it. Still patience is a virtue so I hope I do not have to wait long to hear.
Have a good day all, take it easy and above all stay safe and well. God bless. :wub2:

All well here Flumpy. Thank you for asking. It is dry and hot here, to 30c most days, so I keep out of it, just sit and look at the garden from 5-7pm. It doesn't need anything doing to it, self maintenance mostly.

Your garden furniture looks nice, enjoy putting it together. We are looking to get a new outdoor dining set ... I want a marble/stone round one with curved benches. Looking for second hand first.

Upsydaisy looks like they’ve got the weather wrong here as my phone is now telling me it’s sunshine all day today :hapydancsmil:, hoping to pop to the garden centre today and buy some dwarf lavender.

I know, I’ve never had that happen, the only difference at our new house, is I grew them in a pot container and they’ve also been in direct sun, I have put a couple in a shaded area in the ground and they are doing well, so I know what to do next year, my seeds are now drying out, hope your having a lovely day? Ho I’ve bought three Lavender dwarf plants as apparently aphids don’t like them :dbgrtmb:

Good Morning everyone, hope you're all well.

Sorry to hear about your Sweet Peas @Flumpy .

Mixed weather day yet again today, so I will carry on chucking and chopping whatever is not performing well out in the garden, not too sure of what else is on the agenda apart from the normal exciting tasks of housework, bed stripping and maybe ( weather dependent) laundry.

Hope you all have a great day.....and that you have a much nicer list of things planned!

                              Morning Flumpy and everyone else.

Yes, I found they are not too fond of direct sun all day. Hope you find a good spot for them next year. I have a Portuguese Lavender for years and it stays under 50-60cm.

                                Aloha everyone,

I had a busy day yesterday with family Zooms and then a friend's memorial service and celebration of life. Apart from heavy rain showers (we were outdoors but under marquees) it went extremely well. The lady who's memorial it was had a very eventful life and came to this country on the Kinder Transport.

I've been harvesting lots of beans this morning. It's quite warm out there.

                                Take care.

                                Aloha!
